Who's Running MN is a nonpartisan educational organization that helps Minnesota voters learn more about state and local elections and the candidates seeking to represent their communities through candidate videos and other election-related resources.

Purpose
Who's Running MN exists to help Minnesota voters learn more about state and local elections and the candidates seeking to represent their communities.
We do not endorse, support, or oppose any political party, candidate, or ballot question.
Our goal is to provide voters with a consistent, nonpartisan starting point for learning more about the candidates on their ballot.
Candidate Videos and Content
Candidate videos are created using information, recordings, and other materials provided by participating candidates or their authorized representatives.
Unless otherwise indicated:
● Candidates are responsible for the content of their own statements.
● Candidate opinions and viewpoints are their own.
● Publication of a candidate's content does not imply endorsement, approval, or
agreement by Who's Running MN.
● Participation in the project is voluntary.

Nothing in these Terms of Use creates a right to participate in Who's Running MN or to have any content published. Decisions regarding participation and publication are made in accordance with our Editorial Policy and, where applicable, our Candidate Participation Agreement.
Accuracy of Information
Who's Running MN makes reasonable efforts to present accurate information and maintain the accuracy of content we create.
Candidate statements and campaign materials, however, reflect the views and representations of the participating candidates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Who's Running MN does not independently verify candidate statements or campaign materials before publication.
We also cannot guarantee that all information published on this website will always remain current, complete, or free of errors, particularly as election information and candidate campaigns may change over time.
If we become aware of a significant factual error in content that we have created, or otherwise determine that a correction is warranted, we may correct, update, annotate, or remove content in accordance with our Editorial Policy.

Publication of a candidate's content should not be interpreted as verification of factual claims made by that candidate.
Candidate videos represent the views of the individual candidates who submitted them. Responsibility for those statements rests with the candidates.
Participation in Who's Running MN is voluntary. Not every eligible candidate may choose to participate.
